This Advance Grappling program is four weeks of structured, submission-focused training designed to bridge the gap between being a fan of the sport and becoming an athlete in it. We focus on consistent work and clear progression—real results, not unearned status.

Here’s exactly how we get total beginners off the sidelines and on the mat:

Systematic, clear instruction on the core takedowns, pins, and submission chains in a group class setting. Learn in a non-intimidating environment from a 1st-degree black belt coach who remembers your name.

✅ 1:1 Assessment

A private session with Head Coach Jack to assess your grappling goals and help you set a roadmap towards achieving them.

✅ Attendance Tracking in Our Gym App

Accountability is key. You and your coach can track that you are actually making the effort to learn and get stronger and more skilled. This is the proof that you are on your journey from spectator to grappler.

This gift card is for the discounted cost of the kickstart program at $149 - which is normally $256. As it provides the recipient with a discounted program offer, this gift card expires 31 December 2026.

Gift cards are emailed directly to the purchaser (Member or Non-Member). If they’d like to give it to someone else, they can simply share the gift card code. The gift card recipient uses the digital code just like a discount code at our program sign-up form, or when starting the program via their existing member/visitor profile with us.
